Thank you for visiting and shopping at KUMU PREMIUM DRYFRUITS. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping:

Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹ 2500.00. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

2. International Shipping Policy

We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

3. Damages

KUMU PREMIUM DRYFRUITS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Note: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

4. Wrong Address, Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Delivery Refusal: If an order is refused upon delivery, a restocking fee may be charged, and the shipping costs will not be refunded.
